Post Production (Editing Part 1)

 Post Production (Editing Part 1)

After production, which dealt with filming the scenes we planned to put into our movie "Caught Up", my teammates and I started post-production. Post production is the stage of production after shooting or recording individual scenes  to organize sections of the film, add appropriate sounds and effects, and perfecting the connotations you want to portray in your film. The job of editor would be assigned to me after a detailed discussion with my teammates on who would the best editor for our film. I have the most expertise with editing short videos, so the responsibility would be given to me.  The editing software that my teammates and I agreed upon was "wevideo.com", which is an online cloud-based editing platform that works in the web browser and on mobile. This provided the extra ability to edit our film on a mobile device if we did not have access to a computer or laptop. Additionally, it is a straight forward and easy platform to add all elements you need to make a sufficient film. For instance, it provides default videos, images, audio, text, transitions, extras, and backgrounds that we can implement into our film along with the ability to import, record, and narrate. An image of the editing program can be seen below.

As a result, we created an animated logo that represents the idea of "Power Prod...
